Using real world examples, this CD ROM explains how to cope when an employee is having a learning difficulty on the job. This CD ROM is particularly pertinent in an age when learning on the job is the norm rather than the exception.
The cases studied in this package range from an employee who has a little anxiety with math to someone who is unable to read written instructions or write down phone messages. Each case is presented in terms of a five step problem solving model, using QuickTime movies to play the various situations and outcomes. The user is invited to compare the different cases at each step in the journey toward solutions. We used Director, Word, Premiere, and SoundEdit 16 to create this program. It plays on Macintosh or Windows. |
